Fees and funding Policy
All fees are inclusive of meals, snacks and drinks. Formula milk, nappies and wipes are not included, and these should be provided by parent/ carers. Fees stated per hour or per 15 minutes are applicable if you take only part of this time period. There are no half hourly or part hour prices.
Funding
For those children who receive funding, I ask for a weekly voluntary payment based on the number of funded hours your child attends. This helps me to provide healthy snacks, craft activities, group fees, outings, etc.
One week full fees must be paid as a deposit before your child starts. Fees are due at the beginning of each week. Fees are due if your child is off sick, on holiday or any other reason. No refunds are given in the event of sickness or family holidays, as places are held open. Normal fees are due for bank holidays if normally a contracted day, if care is provided on a bank holiday the higher rate applies. Normal fees apply for school inset days as these days form part of the 39 term time weeks in the school year. Four weeks’ notice in writing must be given for any child leaving, or reducing their contracted hours. I take four weeks holiday each year (usually during school holidays) for which I do not charge fees. I do not charge fees for Christmas Day and Boxing Day when I will not provide care. I do not charge for days when I am unable to provide care due to unforeseen circumstances. If the fees change you will receive 4 weeks’ notice.
